Possible location for a Manchester Apple Store?

This is on the corner of Portland Street and Princess Street in the centre of Manchester. A user on the ifoAppleStore forums proposes that the 'iPod shuffle' advertising hoarding is a subtle clue to the location of an upcoming Apple Store. I'd be happy, as it's less than 5 minutes walk from where I work. What do you think?
The website also predicts a late-April opening date for the Birmingham store.
